I just wanted to thank you for the tasting on Monday.  Jay's parents were very impressed with Eric's culinary skills!  (I overheard them telling an aunt that he was better at making Indian cuisine than some Indians!)  I am absolutely thrilled that we will be able to include a piece of Jay's heritage in our special day.  Thanks for all your help, and please pass along our gratitude to Chef Eric.

What a wonderful dinner event you orchestrated at our house on June 17th!  The set-up team, cooking/prep team, and the wait-staff were FABULOUS!  The guests were so complimentary about the beauty of the tables, the attentiveness of the staff, and the DELICIOUS appetizers and entrees. My daughter and her new husband were very pleased with this wonderful reception. THANKS AGAIN for a perfect evening.

This card is really for the whole staff. You ALL did a beautiful job. Wow, you are great. The food was wonderful. The service was excellent. Any concerns were answered immediately. I can't tell you what a relief the reception was. Everyone was in awe at the beauty and quality and the service. Thanks also to the wonderful person who chased me down to deliver a glass of wine for the nervous bride. The bartender even waved when I was taking pictures. You all are a "class act." We wanted to send our sincere thanks for everything you did to help with Amanda and Mike's wedding and reception. We couldn't be more pleased with the happy outcome. You were wonderful to work with from my first initial phone call all the way through the end of the reception. We have received so many wonderful compliments about all your efforts. The food was absolutely delicious - even better than we could have hoped for. The chairs were perfect and the table settings were stunning - all just as we had envisioned. The linens were gorgeous and the entire set-up was just as you promised. The wait staff was efficient and friendly. The signature drink and apples (for the escort card table) were very well received. We are so appreciative and grateful to have worked with you and Thomas Caterers. Thank you!

I can't thank you enough for making my wedding dinner so special. THe food was amazing and the servers were professional and polite. They anticipated all of our needs. The meal was fabulous, but everyone's favorite was the chicken wrapped in bacon hors d'oeuvre. Last, I want to thank you for being so accommodating and professional. It cannot be an easy job to work with such stressful occasions, but you were wonderful to me and I will always be grateful. I continue to spread the word that you are the best caterers in town.
