Congratulations Haseeba and Ammar!

Congratulations Haseeba and Ammar on your beautiful wedding!! Haseeba and Ammar were such a lovely couple inside and out! It was such a pleasure to work with them throughout the planning process and day of the wedding. They had a two-day celebration that took place in two venues in Indianapolis! The celebrations started Friday at the Ritz Charles in their Garden Pavilion. And continued with a reception in the Grand Hall at the Scottish Rite Cathedral.

What a fun day at the Ritz Charles for Haseeba and Ammar!

The Reception on Saturday was held in the Grand Hall at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, one of Indianapolis' most beautiful historical buildings.

Since their reception was very large, they decided on family-style dinner tables, using a few round tables to fit all their guests. Topping the tables with white liens and tall centerpieces filled with white flowers and greenery. It really all came together very nicely!

Our kitchen team had the opportunity to develop a new Indian dish for the entree at this reception.

Entrée: Beef Korma with Chicken Curry, Basmati Rice and Grilled Vegetable Napoleon Salad: Spinach, Chickpea, and Carrot Salad dressed with a Curry Vinaigrette topped with House-made Ricotta Cheese garnished with Micro Greens with a Parmesan Lavash Garnis

Hors D'oeuvres: Rose Sorbet garnished with Rose Crystals and Mint were passed during the cocktail hour

Desserts Station: on the roll away cart was a big hit with their guests. Dessert 1: Mini Not-So-Upside Down Pineapple Cake

Dessert 2: Cheesecake Wrapped Strawberries dipped in Chocolate

Dessert 3: Gourmet Brownie Bites topped with Chocolate Whipped Cream and Sprinkled with Mint Crystals

When the late-night party started, Haseeba and Ammar, along with all their guests enjoyed a great night of dancing! It was easy to see the excitement that filled the Grand Hall as everyone celebrated the newly-weds
