Mouth-Watering Entrees and Specialty Martinis

Today's posts features a wedding menu from a wedding at D'Amore. This menu featured three Hors D'eourves served during cocktail hour, a salad, two choice entrees and two specialty martini options.

Hors D’eourves:

Savory Lobster Roll Puffs garnished with Fresh Chives.

Watermelon Cubes with Goat Cheese garnished with Pickled Watermelon Rind displayed on a Himalayan Salt Block

Tomato Spaghetti Caprese Salad and Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato Spaghetti, Basil and Balsamic Glaze


Mesclun Green Salad with Julienne of Pear, Blue Cheese and Candied Walnuts, garnished with a Parmesan Crisp.


Braised Beef Short Rib with Merlot Sauce, garnished with Carrot Chip Ribbons, Vermont White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Artichokes Heart Cup with Goat Cheese, Yellow Beets, Baby Carrots and Asparagus, and Grilled Vegetable Napoleon.

Seared Frenched Airline Chicken Breast Brushed with a Vincotto Wine Reduction topped with Bacon Jam garnished with Vincotto Plate Painting

Specialty Drinks:

The Duchess Martini – Vodka, Passion Fruit Puree, Chambord, and Champagne

Lemon Drop Martini – Vodka, Triple Sac, Lemon Juice, and Sugar
